I thought it was gonna be about two girls being together and releasing Necronomicon.
While Evil Dead remake from 2013 managed to be good without Ash Williams although he was in post-credits scene.
With this movie, I am not sure how this will turn out to be. I hope Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi don't blow this up.
