First video unavaliable. Second one is shameful. Lots of "nigga" words in a context that won't come as friendly in any possible way, lots of swearing, lots of threats, nihilism and implied homosexuality. I always wondered what is the difference between pop and hip-hop. Some say there are deep message in hip-hop. I can say for sure it's not always the case. The message here is not any good. And for the word nigga that many being offended nowadays regardless of the fact if there are R in the end or not. Word was popularised around the world by rap and hip hop singers themselves.
Here, take this:
Maybe there are no message, but at least it had no bad influence.
Southern is always the best hip hop music.
Cartoon Network has Andre 3000
"It tickles to see you try to be like Mr. Pickles" -Big Boi, which [adult swim] had on with Season 3 comin'.
@Garumbo
Assuming you are in another region, there are web browser extensions that you can use to bypass this. Sorry. The video is Mobb Deep -Hell on Earth (front lines).
@general
In this thread I just would like to know what 90's Hip Hop/rap/freestyle you were into at the time.
It's a music thread and I hope we can just exchange interests.
The 2 videos I posted I remember clearly that what I was watching on TV scared/shocked/intrigued me and with a decade of time passing, there is a lot to cover.
I find the "niche" of 90's rap videos pretty interesting and I guess in a way a part of how I acted in some sort of subliminal undertone.
These guys had a positive influence on my life, if that's what you're looking for.
FLASH WITH A RASH, GIMMIE MY CASH, FLICKIN' MY ASH
And Also this Multi-Million Costing Gem.
Hey thanks guys those are some good ones. I do in fact respect Busta Rhymes.
See, what I feel as a "white" male is that the common mis-conception is that "white" people can't be influenced by "black" people's music and it's a toxic belief.
This music genre influenced ALL races if they chose to give it the chance.
