Wow. The song's like 70 years old, different area, and the lyrics are just playful banter, how the hell can people take the lyrics seriously to the point that they think it's sexual harrassment?
"Baby It's Cold Outside" being removed by some radio stations because #MeToo

There was the watchdog could Parent Music Resource Centre.
And then there'll be Female Music Resource Centre with the desire to ban R. Kelly once and for all.
Yeah well I can clearly understand this one, because one of the lyrics clearly says "hey what's in this drink?". This isn't sexual harassment, it's frickin date rape.

idk almost every christmas song sucks anyway, nothing would make me happier than if they all were pulled other than "All I Want For Christmas Is You"

And now check the lyrics of the "modern" rap music, they play on air on repeat 24/7.
Notice something?

Nope, this type of censorship isn't new. It's been there for a while. Remember when Clear Channel banned a lot of songs after 9/11 if it mentioned anything involving violence, death, or bombs?
They are trying to be politically correct. Remember the war on all of Christmas? Now there's a problem.

The War on Christmas is just some dumb conspiracy shit.
This has been a thing for a few years. Notable lines are:
"Say what's in this drink?"
"I ought to say no, no, no sir"
"The answer is no"
So yeah, today, those sound like a setup for a date rape in the modern context, and trying to dress it up as a holiday song. However, to quote a Tumblr post about this
"Baby, It’s Cold Outside discourse is about whether this is a song about sexual harassment, or whether it’s a woman singing about how she wishes she could spend the night with the guy she just had an excellent date with if only the neighbors wouldn’t talk, and him responding, “Stay, baby, it’s cold out! No one could expect you to go home in this!”
Here is another post that has a slightly different interpretation of the details [if anything it portrays the song as very pro-feminist for the times ], but it more upfront in explaining how the context when the song was written was different than it is now.
But yeah, I remember back in 2015 I was joking with friends about how this song sounds really creepy depending on how you take it.
There are a bunch of winter/ holiday songs that have faded in popularity over the years (or were never very popular to begin with). Baby's is cold outside I don't even remember getting a whole lot of radio play compared to the ones that are more specifically about the Christmas season than just winter. Not gonna lose any sleep over it no getting played. (TBH I might sleep better if they all got less play time).
