First off I have no idea in where to ask this so Im just gonna post it in the Q & A.
Ive had a profile logged in to this site for a while its this one:

Ive needed to to change PC recently and then I realise that I don't remember its password or what email it was set on.
So I'm just wondering can a mod help me recover my lost account or is it lost forever?
