I noticed that the guy was gone and then I realized he got banned

What did he do?

Posting entries for characters that didn't have that much meme potential or growth that showed that they could be considered memes. This wasn't his first time at the rodeo either as under his old Wesley account, he pretty much did, and was banned for, the exact same thing. He would later tell one of the admins that he'd "follow the rules" but it appears he seems to have forgotten.
