For the past several days everytime I try and upload a new meme, I get a Sever Error (500). There's also been a massive slowdown in new submissions as well. Is there a problem with the site I'm being a slowpoke about, or am I just not liked? :(

I've seen a couple errors but haven't been able to replicate… what kind of thumbnail are you uploading with it? JPEG/PNG/GIF? Is it really large?

A-ha, that's done it! Originally I'd tried with a GIF, which gave me the errors, but a JPEG sorted it out. Everything else was the same, so I think it was the image format that gave the errors.

Want to add rating features too so we can start to separate the weak from the strong etc.

A ratings system would be brilliant. Would it be rating on the meme itself, or on how the article is written?

mayhaps both! or possibly even a comment rating or picture rating system! the possibilities (almost) endless!
