Okay, so I have been sending comments here and there, I get answers, bla bla bla.

Then the comment disappears.

And it is a "Original Comment", not a reply so something is wrong.

Are these comments on another user's wall?

Yes, They were on some users walls

Then chances are the users deleted the comments themselves, users are allowed to delete comments from their own walls.
