Easiest way is to check the forums every now and then for something like a Spambot posting an advertisement thread. Sometimes, they'll be commenting on a thread or entry. You'll be able to discern what is an advertising account just by reading the comment, most of the time.

I was actually going to ask the same question as GriM. How does Suiseiseki find multiple accounts like that? Do that many spam threads come up late in the US times zones or is there a way to actively seek them out?

EDIT: Now that I look more closely at Suiseiseki's links, they're almost following an order (a lot of Steve's.) That most certainly is an active effort instead of waiting to the spam threads.
