There's a user that's been stalking my account and downvoting every comment I make with bot accounts, usually between -10 or -6 range.

They were apparently banned before around last week and in that same week I haven't had the same downvote frequency until recently my comments have received the same downvotes within that range so it must mean they've probably bypassed their ban somehow.

The user with their bot accounts has been downvoting my comments made about a day and a half ago, which previously didn't have any negative karma, several hours ago and is still doing it.

Will the mods do something about it or what?
