I've clicked on every message and the "(1)" is still there. It's not a big deal since I use my email for notifications, but it's still annoying and misleading to see.

Well, it just went away immediately after posting this, but still look into the issue I guess.
Did you receive a spam mail lately and you archived it instantly? Inbox will still count it as unread.

Maybe. I got one, but I don't remember if I clicked on it on KYM (I thought I did). I was thinking it might be something to do with spam.
