They're posting links to scam/phishing sites hidden with Bit.ly.

I advise installing NoScript, it helps with blocking phishing attempts. Antivirus is also a must-have, of course.

Obviously, I'm not going to click the links in the first place, but I think banning these people would be just as effective.
