No, the italics was the initial posting, the editing was "maybe I need to redo it" go,

Wierd part was the edit text box had the unbugged post in it.

Your post is in fact hella broken. I can try re-editing it for you, but I've got nothing on why this is happening.

In the meantime, you can probably take that text, slap it into the post below (also yours) and delete the original.
