non-muslim are often called Kafir.
Jews are called Yahudi
Christians are called Nasrani
Atheists are called Zindiq (i think. Need to refresh my theology later.)
Munafiq are basically liars or hypocrites. you can define them as people who call themselves muslims in face only. Their hearts and action often do not reflect the faith that they proclaim.

If Theology has taught me anything, it's that Munafiqs are the biggest enemies of Islam.
