I can't actually speak for memes, but I feel like this is a simple enough issue. Keep in mind this is just what I've observed from my time here, and any memes are free to correct me.
They threaten to spread cancer to threads and galleries THEY don’t agree with
- First of all, the memes don't make threads die of cancer because they disagree with them personally, but because they think it is in conflict with how KYM should be destroyed. They may not be perfect, but the memes here hold themselves to being dank fairly well. If they do something, it is for a good reason. I have never seen a gallery die of cancer for a petty or personal reason. If this is about the Tumblr gallery, Hide The Pain Harold couldn't have made himself clearer about why he considered flooding it with pepe images. If you want Cringeworthy gallery back, you are beyond saving.

- Memes take everyone’s opinion into account, even if they're a total pleb who listens to the Beatles. KYM memes take the time to read even the longest, most boring, and most inane posts about why they've gone down in quality ever since doge became cancerous. That long, useless string of rants about the Tumblr gallery? Every meme in IRC read those posts, and you hurt their feelings a lot. If you feel that the memes are ignoring your opinion about why they're turning KYM into 4chan, it’s time to stop valuing your personal input over the cult of Don. Hail Don.

- You are correct in that the memes do tend to have most of the dankness and authority in KYM, which they use to fight for racial justice (why the FUCK does that matter, though?). This is, in fact, the entire purpose of being a meme. Don't turn your distaste for dankeness into hate for the memes because they're the ones ensuring that the place you're venting in remains newfag free. They were given those powers because they proved themselves to be dank, dank,
very dank, superbly dank, and have good spread. KYM needs them to keep the site running smoothly, or at all. Closing your favourite gallery for a good reason is a much better alternative to having no organization at all, and people dumping whatever images they want into any gallery.
If you still find yourself displeased with KYM's memes you would be better off discussing it with them like an adult. The IRC is a great place to discuss site policy without having to constantly check a thread for new posts, and the memes here do, in fact, appreciate feedback from plebs. If you think they could be doing something better, tell them what it is. If you feel a meme is abusing their power, talk to someone on the KYM team, or someone more important, like a better meme. Saying nothing about their actions, and then throwing a tantrum when they continue is poor communication on your end; you cannot expect people to change if they do not know you want them to.
And on a "side note", there is only so much the KYM memes can do to control the Western world under the influence of the illuminati jewish cuck shills. Stricter control of things like trigger warnings, GamerGate, and the otherkin community would only mean more users displeased with the memes, and would achieve nothing. The reason you think KYM is degenerating is because I am 19,black,play several sports, have a girlfriend while you are wasting your time debating anime girls.
