Today I will reveal to your folks the story of the troubles I traversed on my journey to this point in time.

>drop off the face of kym after a year or so of commenting
>come back fully active around 2015
>join the kym irc
>get kicked about 20 times a day every day (not overstating that)
>get muted about 3 times a day every day (not overstating that)
>be on there for a few months regularly conversing
>eventually mods on there get to annoyed heavily with you
>get permabanned from irc for being annoying
>continue posting in forums and comment sections on kym
>become decent editor and general user
>not good at doing chit-chat or circlejerking so community has trouble warming up to you in forums
>after a while give up on trying to please and just be your honest self
>get a ton of negative karma for this (im at over -1.9k collective karma now)
>get some warnings for posting too many threads
>dial it back a bit on how often you post threads
>get some warnings for bs reasons
>tell mods giving those warnings why those reasons are wrong
>warnings stay
>circlejerking against you on riff raff slowly rising
>getting solid wave after wave of hate posts
>at this time getting some annoying 3 hour joke suspensions
>get really pissed and complain about it in report problems (i think they mightve gotten rid of joke suspensions altogether now? yay it worked)
>continue getting pure bs warnings and start getting a couple real suspensions
>tell those mods to please stop and explain why the warnings are wrong
>post in riff raff criticisms of this mod behavior since any other forum might risk you getting rules misapplied against you for complaining 'offensively'
>continue dealing with this issue and message an admin to get them to back off
>you're assured the mods will back off
>continue doing various serious discussions on site and enjoying riff raff shitposts
>poison the community eternally with the in-joke of egocraptor
>egocraptor is now a meme milhouseisameme.jpeg
>preach love of bernie sanders as you edit his entry to be a pristine obelisk of beauty
>post threads suggesting some ideas
>most of them get lots of hate and downvotes for just being different, made by you, or generic reasons of "they shouldnt have to code to meet your every whim" in a forum about posting ideas that are meant to think outside the box and might be different from the normal means of coding (james seems to just be assumed by some users to be incapable of coding basic concepts jeez give the guy credit)
>deal with problem of threads being posted against you
>just try to enjoy the ride best you can even amidst the hate (some of you guys were pretty big jerks to me but i forgive you for being the dirty easily manipulated circlejerk cockroaches some of you may have been)
>become sr. researcher and start getting some p nice titles in general
>aim to do 30 editorships in less than a month to become digital archaeologist
>declare as much publicly so you wont pussy out since kym won't let anything about you slide ESPECIALLY saying youll do something and then not doing it
>stay on track and do p-well on consistently doing at least one or two every day
>get banned
>shit
>become seriously depressed for a few hours
>talk with college liberal atheist redditor roommate to ponder options
>email admin about it
>admin replies saying they agree the ban was wrong and the mod mscratch gets a warning (they never apologized and nobody apologized on behalf of them or the mods either)
>get back pissed and revved 4 action
>multiple threads made targeting you
>realize some users now consider you immortal (even though im living on the edge of death constantly on here with p effing pissed riff raffers and mod community)
>just roll with this concept youre immortal in riff raff for the lulz and try to enjoy yourself the best you can manage while trying to gain the final digital archaeologist title
>do an epic battle with pepsiman and have to stop because mako blew up the stadium spiderbitch.jpeg
>get the editorship you had on memes revoked because you edited it one way, a mod deleted that edit, you put it back, then your editorship got revoked in that order (i later got it back but had to keep a warning gained from it)
>overall be content you made it this far and btw here's a quick list of all the things you just dealt with

>permaban from kym irc and its blamed on you for being annoying
>negative karma-bombed to oblivion youre so annoying lol just deactivate asshole
>large portion of mods and users insulting you
>many threads specifically made to hate on and make fun of you

>multiple suspensions
>literally banned
>got an editorship revoked
>all of this over the course of about 9 months

So when are you guys planning to literally come to my house and chop my balls off because I've had all but the kitchen sink thrown at me. You know what, go for it. I try my best, I speak honestly and give as logical arguments I can muster to defend myself, and I've finally gained the highest title in for meme editing you can gain. Hit me with your best shots, because even if you all want to insist I'm in the wrong and I'm just a scrappy, I can say I did those editorships for stupid memes I love on a stupid site I love. I stuck it through to the end, and even if all of you aren't able to be, I'M proud of what I did and I'M happy, with how things turned out in the end.

If nothing else, I thank you all for supplying the obstacles to make this epic story. And to the few mods and users and admins who helped me in my neediest times or were just polite to me (not listing names to avoid people associating you with me) I sincerely thank you. Okay you can all go smash that downvote button I'm used to it by now. No no, me pointing out the fact you want to shouldn't stop you it's your desire not mine. I'm just happy to have made it this far.

I actually use a custom filter on adblock to remove titles and karma. It's just pointless clutter and I don't care for it. Downside is, sometimes I have no idea that a particular user is a mod until I see them OP'd in IRC.

IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:

• Top comments has no bearing on being a "good" commentator, and is subjective as fuck. Just because a bunch of like-minded kids upvote your comments on a memesite doesn't mean they were helpful, informative, or actually important.
• You don't overstate your mutes and kicks in IRC, but we don't overstate how deserved they were. Complaining about receiving punishments that you deserved is just you desperately drawing victim cards out of your ass.
• Did you seriously call yourself a "decent editor and user" because you either have impossibly low standards or think your opinion is the only one that matters (and if thats the case follow your dreams I guess)
• "not good at chit-chat" is code for being a shitty, abrasive, intentionally inflammatory user
• Complaining about shit in report problems, then only posting in riff-raff for "risk you getting rules misapplied against you"? Pick a story and stick with it.
• Your suggestion threads are genuine wastes of server space. Nearly all of them were completely irrelevant to KYM and were blatant attempts to add new features for your own ego-stroking. If you ever bothered to read the responses you got you'd know this.
• Your number of edits has absolutely no bearing on how useful the edits actually were. Even if we set aside the fact that you literally argued to get put on every trending article, all the number does is make you feel better about yourself. Your editorship contributions are, in themselves, barely notable.
• An apology on the internet is worth nothing. N O T H I N G. Considering you've snubbed honest, heartfelt apologies from users before, and your shitty joke apology thread I think it's fair to say that not apologizing is justified.
• Your negative 1.9k karma means that people don't like you. Stop bitching about the karma, if it really bothered you that much you'd make an attempt to be a user people actually enjoy having on the site.
• Your revoked editorship was 100% deserved, don't pin it on the mod team as "aboos" or use it as justification for your victim complex.
• The fact that this happened over 9 months means that you being active on KYM for hours every day is a mistake. Grow up, take a break, learn to behave and reflect on your actions. The fact that you can receive this many warns, kicks, suspensions, and a ban yet still deny any legitimate reasoning behind them indicates some serious denial issues.
• If you really love KYM could you stop bitching for like, a week? It'd be nice. In fact, people might like you for it. Think of all those upvotes you could receive by not intentionally aggravating people.
• When you furiously backpedal with the "ahahaha I'm used to downvotes" but then bitch about your negative karma in the same post, it detracts from your credibility. In fact, I don't think you have any credibility right now, because 95% of this post is just the same whining but rehashed.

This isn't the first time people have tried to help you, it certainly won't be the last (your ban notwithstanding). You can actually take some of the advice we're trying to fucking drowning you in, or you can carry on with whatever it is you think you stand to gain from this. The fact that you can admit to feeling "depressed" over this, yet persist shows some kind of single-minded brainless dedication. Don't think of it as perseverance, think of it as emotional self-harm.

I'm deeply disturbed by the fact that you can continue to bring up the same "issues", and call yourself a logical and rational user who acts in his best interests. Eventually every issue involving you devolves into how subjective you can make the rules seem to apply. The fact that repeatedly doing this is both helpful to nobody, and unenjoyable for you raises the question of why you're still doing this in the first place. At this point, I'd say a ban is warranted for your own sake, because KYM clearly means too much for you to maintain a healthy use of the site. You are addicted to KYM and it's social features, and you give every indication of such.

Aaaaaaaaanyways~ This thread is a doomed hate circlejerk in the making. Doe already made all points that needed to be said, so it can only go downhill from here.
