Why are people calling this Trump ad a parody?

You know, Donald Trump is a candidate who to non-americans is mostly a joke or a meme. Or both.
To be honest, I wasn't sure because of "we will take their oil" line, which was so stereotypical that I geniunely thought for a moment that it was a parody.

ISIS is funded by oil. If you defeat them you can use it.

ISIS is a very complex problem, ranging from culture, sociology to economy and religion.
To reduce it to "military intervention, because that will totally work just like before" – okay, I usually take it for misinformation. Coming from possible future president – worrisome. Followed by "we will take their oil" – absurd to the point of being a parody of itself.
If you actually analyze what he is talking about, he makes several points in a very short amount of time, I'd even say that contradictory to eachother. They only have shock value, and can be considered buzzwords.
Seriously. This ad is not something I expected even coming from Trump.

I went to a campaign rally of his and this ad was basically just a condensed version of that.
