If it's what I think – do you think they should be named this way? Or this is offensive for them? What if kids discover them? Do you think they are child friendly?

The plural for them is indeed "tits". If kids ask their parents they should tell them what they're called and keep the more popular meaning of "tits" away from them if they don't think it's appropriate.

“Those” is already the plural form of “That”. It doesn’t need to be pluralized further.
