If it's to be believed, years ago someone made a thread demanding to be mod or they'd flood the site with porn. Since then you'd see accounts with a variation of the name "errfef" and the like but now that Poochyena (the real one) got banned, he probably sees him as the perfect scapegoat and now just spams accounts with that name. He's just some spoiled brat with too much free time.

Is this the actual troll here? Trying to be "shocking" and failing so badly/being so pathetic that it becomes frustrating?

Fig's post is more or less correct; we pissed off one of our more mentally ill malicious users and they've been impersonating poochyena ever since. It's not particularly new, as you can see here.
