I just thought about this the other day. How about a feature in which you can ignore any user with a click of a button. As a result, you won't be able to see the ignored user's comments, forum posts, images, and videos while at the same time, they can not reply to your comments and posts. If you ever wanted to change your mind, your user panel will give you the ability to undo the ignore feature on the user.

Seems kind of unnecessary. If you want to ignore a user, just ignore them.

Eeehhhhhh no. I don't like the idea of users being able to block other users off entirely. If someone is really bugging you, just ask them to stop. If that doesn't work, then contact the mods.
