I don't think I really need to explain this.
Why isn't it a feature? It sounds really easy to implement, and would be ultra-useful.
Unless it IS a feature and I don't know.

You already can.
If you want to search for multiple tags at once, you can just do tags:("search term") AND tags:("search term"). The alternate would be tags:(“search term”,“search term”) like what Triple Zed suggested.
Here's an example:

tags:("tag1","tag2",…). You keep adding commas as many tags you want to search
Example with 2 and 3
