Forums / Maintenance / Suggest Ideas

In the email notification settings, there are checkboxes for "Wall Post", "Image Comment", "Comment Reply", etc., but none for "Forum Post Reply" or "Forum Topic Post" (posts on topics you created), which seem like no-brainers. I thought there was one that had stopped working, but it never seems to have existed.
