What is the likelihood/feasibility of implementing a banned words/username list?

I understand that pinning down a specific user like the porn spammers, or spam accounts is rather unfeasible as they have multiple means of weaseling their way out of detection. That said, if multiple burner accounts all use a variation of the same name then is it within KYM's capabilities to implement some form of a basic banned words list when creating account names?

I get that this can probably be bypassed rather easily, but the hope is that this would at least help trim down all the burner accounts that consist of a singular name that are basically x account--02,03,04,05, etc.
Like for example our resident copycat degenerate whose account i just brought up is #102 of (supposedly which they bluffed recently) 450+. And frankly, at this point who cares if no one else can take up the username poochyena. Far as i'm concerned there was one user we all recognized as them, and the rest are just hollow imitations.

Even if this idea gets shot down I would be genuinely interested in the reasoning behind such decisions as to whether, or not that such a suggestion could plausibly be implemented.
