Youtube began hiding "offensive" videos?

So today I listened to some cancer music(midi, gachi, space jam remixes) and ended on evangelion parodies. Usually youtube recommended me Hitler anime opening on evangelion opening parodies, but this time recommended tab recommended only 4 same videos again and again doesn't matter how much I clicked.

So I decided to search it myself and found out about new "feature". Video can be marked as "offensive" and won't show in recommended:

I don't know about you guys, but it's painful for me because some funny videos could be considered offensive or inappropriate. Even more because I wouldn't be able to find those videos from recommended tab.

What do you think? Should youtube censor entertainment videos?

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed.

IMO I think the worst offense that this new feature has committed is marking this lyric video of the full version of Deutschlandlied. I know the first stanza of the song can lead to some unfortunate implications, but to mark the whole thing as "inappropriate"? I think that's a slap in the face to people who genuinely like the song for the right reasons. I can go off on a tangent on saying why the first stanza should also be recognized as an official verse of the German national anthem, but that's not what this thread is for.

But what do I know? I'm no German citizen nor of German blood. Just a guy who likes the German culture and language.
