Yep. Oh boy, here's the article: https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/9p5uyp/latest_tos_update_revokes_your_right_to_sue/

For those who don't know, can't/don't want to click the link, or need a quick summary, Discord recently did an update on their ToS. However, one of them involves revoking your right to pursue legal action against them. This means IF Discord were to ever leak your account or an event that damages the Discord population, you cannot sue them for said action.
Thankfully, you can opt-out this clause by sending your email arbitration-opt-out@discord.com
for opting out of forced arbitration. But you must do this within 30 days as of this writing or else you can no longer opt out. Deleting or deactivating your account won't escape this clause.

Read the clause here: https://gist.github.com/Rapptz/c93697c9d59ec2f0d8071b7d0e907632

It's enforceable in U.S., at it was decided by the Supreme Court in 2011. Look here: https://gc.gy/7538114
Outside of the US, you're most likely free from this as many countries have laws that forbid forced arbitration and allow the right to form a complaint with authority. Still do it in case if you're moving into US or other circumstances.
