Canada passes controversial bill that regulates internet in favor of more decidedly "canadian" content

+ An extra video addressing ADoseofBuckley's downplaying of the bill and it's possible effects.

After a long drawn-out process, the infamous Bill C-11 is now law in Canada. This may set a concerning precedent for other countries to view the canadian example as a potential model to copycat in their own jurisdictions.

Any thoughts on the matter? Rebuttals?
