אתהצינור is literally the meaning in Hebrew of YouTube and the joke is that it sound really stupid. The joke started when an Reddit user by the name u/Info_Admired translated the "YouTube rewind 2018, but actually good" into Hebrew and posted it on r/ani_bm.
