A phrase as mysterious as it sounds that has been appearing on random internet websites for the past decade, usually posted under the name of "Perry Como".

It is believed to have originated from a facebook post in December 2010:

It became more known in 2012 when the Record of Agarest War and various other wikis had their pages replaced with this message. I made a topic on Gamefaqs 8 years ago regarding this incident.
