"And were done" can be taken in many different ways such as the nuke as in saying were done with the war since you just got wrecked or something along those lines. Or lets say you and your friend are talking and then one guy brings up a bad memory or a bad topic you would say "and were done" signaling the conversation is obviously over due to the nature of the topic. This meme can be used in almost any variations its not just for one thing.
