Seen this many times. Famous line from the movie. There facebook pages dedicated to this phrase spoken by actor Kurtwood Smith in the movie Robocop.

Urban DIctionary: What you say when you want hookers to leave an executive's house before you shoot him in the legs several times and leave a grenade on his coffee table.
Clarence Boddicker: "Bitches, Leave!"

YTMND also has variations on this meme with the most popular one being created in 2004. A company makes t-shirts with a stylized version of this image with the phrase "bitches leave" written on it. Another variation of this image uses the word "OBEY" instead of "bitches leave."

Punk Band, Be Your Own Pet, has a song called "Bitches Leave."

Rolling Stone interview, 2007: Be Your Own Pet "Get Awkward," Channel "Robocop" On Sophomore LP: Album Preview; Pearl had a cure for the dreaded creative affliction: "I'll just write a song about a movie," she admits. One of these songs, "Bitches Leave," was inspired by Robocop, specifically the scene when Kurtwood Smith disrupts Miguel Ferrer's cocaine party with gun in hand, bluntly instructing the cloth-less women, "Bitches, leave." The song's rallying cry of "Things aren't pretty in New Detroit, so go ahead and get to the point" is obviously an homage to Robocop's unique outlook on the Michigan city.

Other variations include the medieval version, "Wenches Depart"

Important Info: I'm not sure if this is a TRUE MEME and not just a popular image. It might not be big enough to be a popular meme but I think it is the 2nd most popular Robocop themed meme after 'Robocop on a Unicorn'.
