A very misconceived meme indeed. Due too it's very low notoriety, this meme is currently only known within smaller communities of people on certain (somewhat unknown) messaging boards (I'll get a link shortly).

The video, only nine seconds long, was made by a YouTube user by the name of blupaDZ. Although it's upload purpose isn't necessarily a meme, it has per perceived so by many viewers.

The video starts out with a Pivot animation, of a stick figure putting it's hands up with a sound played. Then the angle changes, with the stick figure clapping his hands together to create this blue explosion. Right as the explosion starts, you can hear the word "kick" played (possibly by Heavy from TF2?). After a moment of darkness after the explosion, the Heavy from TF2 (mentioned earlier) is shown frame by frame muttering a song mixed with the background song (currently unknown). While this part is playing, you can see [subliminal?] parts of the blue explosion playing. Then the Heavy goes to laugh, while the classically known "Shoop Da Whoop" face comes in front of his with the blue explosion in his mouth. The video then abruptly ends.

The intentions and purposes of this video is unknown, other than a single reply from the creator in the comments on how the video is to cause madness.

What makes this video different? Some think that it contains subliminal messages that the eye cannot see, unless slowed down beyond recognition. They say this causes the viewer to want to play it over and over again, creating a meme-like purpose. While this video may or may NOT be a meme, it is certainly a mystery.

Feel free to leave comments if you know anything else about it.
