China man is the name given to American actor Charlyne Yi after an incident of Marilyn Manson supposedly calling her "China man" on the set of House. The name was quickly spread on the 4chan boards /tv/ and /pol/. The rapid spread of the name calling most likely originated from the hate the boards already had for her after she accused David Cross of making fun of her for being part Asian, asking her to fight and chanting "Ching chong, ching chong." She also left the set of The Disaster Artist early after hearing about James Franco supposedly wanting to have sex with a 17 year old. as well has her accusing a man who worked for Penguin book house of sexual harassment.
