This infamous picture of Ciel Phantomhive struggling to fit into a corset was first shown in the popular anime, Kuroshitsuji, (or Black Butler) episode four: That Butler, Whimsical.
At one point of view, Ciel is seen half naked in pain at first to be believed something innapropriate, but when the moment ends, it is actually shown he is trying to fit into a corset at which he comments it would kill him.
An English dub of the corset scene was posted in Youtube and scored over 300,000 views in just one year.
As of now, many fans have praised the corset scene and has been talked about through blogs, chats, or any anime-related sites.
