While Triple H was in the ring with Punk, and trying to impress Punk with what a magnanimous businessman he is, Punk cast an aside glance at the camera to let the audience at home know that he, indeed, was not impressed.
CM Punk would duplicate his "Not Impressed" look on the Jan. 30th 2012 Episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. In this case, Punk is reacting to Johny Ace extending his hand.
