"Edge" REZZ Head Transition Trend refers to a TikTok trend set to the song "Edge" by REZZ where TikTokers swing the camera around their head and look into the lens at various angles to the beat of the song. The trend was started in November 2021 by TikToker @realsamhaindemonknight and took off over the following months, seeing a peak in virality in January 2022.

Origin

On November 19th, 2021, TikToker[1] @realsamhaindemonknight posted a video set to "Edge" where he swings the camera around his head to the beat of the song, looking at the camera each time, gaining over 30.4 million views in three months (shown below).

Spread

The trend spread over the following months under the original sound for "Edge," with the sound collecting over 1.6 million uses by February 2022. The two highest engagement versions of the trend were uploaded to TikTok[2][3] by @collinthomaseverett on January 19th and @adore_hanya on February 3rd, 2022, gaining over 96.5 million and 83.5 million views respectively by February 11th (shown below, left and right).
