EEEEEEE is a series of remix videos on YouTube featuring clips of Polish celebrity food critic and chef Robert Maklowicz from his travel food TV series Maklowicz on the Road that are edited to sound as if he is constantly repeating the letter 'E.'

Origin

In August 1998, the travel program Makłowicz w Podróży (English: Maklowicz on the Road) was first broadcast on the Polish television station TVP 2, featuring chef Robert Maklowicz touring various kitchens around the world (shown below, left).^[1] On June 19th, 2014, YouTuber mitomtzw uploaded a video titled "EEEEEEE", which included clips from the show edited to sound as if Maklowicz is repeating the letter "e" (shown below, right). Over the next two years, the video gained over 650,000 views, 9,500 likes and 440 comments.

Spread

On November 15th, 2014, the 10HourMovies YouTube channel uploaded 10-hour extended version of the original remix video (shown below). Within 10 months, the video accumulated upwards of 260,000 views and 260 comments.

On March 21st, 2015, YouTuber Repent Motherfucker uploaded a video titled "EEEEEEE 2", featuring additional footage edited footage from Maklowicz' show (shown below, left). On May 7th, YouTuber ComJay uploaded a video titled "EEEEEEE 3", in which clips of Maklowicz cooking on the beach are edited to sound as if he is repeating the letter "e" (shown below, right).

On June 17th, YouTuber otherbike max uploaded another Maklowicz remix video titled "EEEEEEE 4," featuring footage from an episode in Tel Aviv, Israel (shown below, left). On July 22nd, otherbike max posted a video titled "EEEEEEE 7," containing edited footage from an episode in Australia (shown below, right).
