Background
On November 17th, 2006, Michael Richards performed a stand-up comedy act in the Laugh Factory venue. During Richards' comedy act, Richards supposedly lost his temper after a group of men began heckling his act. Richards then began spewing controversial racial remarks, and the rest is history.
