Apparently, moot has announced his soon closing of 4chan's /b/, there have been no announcements about any possible closings of other sections of the website, though /b/ will undoubtedly claim another forum as their own. Reasons for this occurrence may be attributed to the large flooding of newfags the past couple of days, as well as the change to the top of the site for two days, stating the loss of hope in /b/ as OC and true lulz have been replaced with trolls newfags, and samefags.

Moot has just announced he is only closing /b/ for maintenance, possibly part of the troll he started by not telling us this detail. Our reactions weren't good enough for him, so this is no longer a troll. /b/ will die Friday June 24th, 2011. Back to tumblr.
