About

Evergiven-Chan, also known as Ever-chan and Evergreen-chan, is an anime-style anthropomorphic representation of the Evergiven cargo ship, which in March 2021 became jammed in the Suez Canal, blocking international shipping routes. She is depicted as a gigantic woman whose breasts and buttocks wedged her in the canal and with the color scheme of the cargo containers on the real Evergiven with the word "Evergreen" written on across her chest. Many of these depictions feature the character complaining about being stuck and apologizing for their size.
