About
The Fort Scene is a scene from the 2023 Five Nights at Freddy's movie where the animatronics help the protagonists, Mike, Abby and Vanessa, build a fort in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The scene became the subject of mixed reactions online following the film's release in October 2023, with some liking it and some finding it cheesy or uncharacteristic of the animatronics. In November, an overhead shot of the animatronics laying on the ground with the protagonists from the end of the scene became the subject of redraws online.
Origin
On October 27th, 2023, the Five Nights at Freddy's movie released. During the film's third night, the protagonist Mike, a night security guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, is forced to bring his younger sister Abby to his shift after her babysitter Max, who was hired by Mike's aunt Jane, is slaughtered by the animatronics after breaking into the pizzeria the prior night in an attempt to get Mike fired from his job to award Jane custody of Abby. That night, Abby befriends the animatronics and they all build a fort together (shown below). At the end of the scene, all the characters are seen lying on the floor together form an overhead perspective.
