Fourth Hole is a slang term that emerged in the wake of discussions about a confusing September 2023 X / Twitter post made by user @t_sadiity in which they talked about "cheating on a girl that does all 4 holes." Internet users confused by what constitutes a "fourth hole" in a sexual context went on to make memes and jokes about what it could be as the term spread online over the following days.

Various internet users questioned the meaning of "all four holes," with X^[2] user @graveyardpussy_ saying, "What u mean 4 sister," on September 19th, 2023, and gathering 139,000 likes in two days (seen below, top). X^[3] user @MargBarAmerica quoted the original post on September 20th saying, "women be sounding too?" and gathered over 9,000 likes in a day (seen below, bottom).
