A singing show contestant appears emotional after winning, but suddenly breaks her crying to stick out her tongue and make a V-symbol/peace sign with her hands, before resuming her now obviously fake crying. The meme has been used to make fun of feigning people who appear to be overcome by emotion but are actually just happy.

Querubin Llavore, a contestant in the "Tawag ng Tanghalan" contest of the Filipino show It's Showtime (ABS-CBN) on February 14, 2022, won a singing competition against-multiple winner Abbey Rivera. When the verdict was announced, she immediately started to cry. As the camera panned around her, however, she revealed that she was not upset and suddenly shifted into a joking before quickly returning to her emotional face.
