The hanakoposter is a fairly new 4chan spammer who started exploding about a month or 2 ago. He posts edited photos of Hanako from Yankee JK Kuzuhana-Chan to promote BBC on 4chan. His images first appeared as response photos to other racist spam threads on /b/. Over time however, he began making his own threads, notably using 2 images to spam the board.

Just recently, he also revealed his name, which was Tyrone Simpson. He has started to become a meme on 4chan, with the meme mostly being against him due to his BBC promotion and unorthodox ways of doing so.
