#HarryPotterAtHome is a hashtag referring to a series of videos featuring actors from the Harry Potter film series each reading a chapter of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J. K. Rowling. The videos, beginning with Daniel Radcliff reading chapter one from his home, were released by The Wizarding World[5] in May 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic.

On May 5th, 2020, The Twitter account @wizardingworld shared a promo clip of various celebrities from Harry Potter with the caption, "Surprise! We've got a treat for you…From today, amazing friends of the Wizarding World are going to take turns reading Harry Potter book one. And to start us off with Chapter 1, we think you’ll agree we have the perfect narrator… #HarryPotterAtHome" (shown below). The tweet gained over 1.8 million views, 68,200 likes and 25,100 retweets in a day.

On May 5th, 2020, Twitter user @PopCraveMusic[1] shared a clip of Daniel Radcliffe reading with the caption, "Daniel Radcliffe narrated the first chapter of ‘Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone’ for the Wizarding World." The tweet garnered over 482,100 views and 4,900 likes in a day. That same day, Twitter user @syahrisiddiq_ [2]posted an image of Radcliffe reading in 2010 and in 2020 using the hashtag (shown below, left). The tweet received over 4,900 likes and 1,600 retweets in a day. Twitter user @uncleofthunder[3] posted an image of a person crying captioned, "daniel radcliffe: 'he couldn't know that at this very moment, people meeting up in secret all over the country were holding up their glasses and saying in hushed voices: 'to harry potter, the boy who lived'' me:" (shown below, right). The tweet gained over 6,400 likes and 1,600 retweets in a day.
That day, Twitter users continued to praise the series. Twitter user @staircasebaIlet tweet a video of a boy happy listening to music in his room with the caption "me listening to daniel radcliffe read the first chapter of philosopher’s stone" (shown below). The post accumulated over 600 likes in a day. StayHipp[4] published an article on the hashtag.
