Howie Mandel's Prolapsed Anus TikTok is a viral video from TikTok posted by TV personality Howie Mandel in July 2022 that blatantly showed what he claimed was his friend Neil's anus, appearing prolapsed and damaged. Mandel green-screened himself in front of the image and made a joke about the effects of COVID-19. Because the video was NSFW and shock media (similar to Goatse), Mandel deleted the video but not before TikTokers were exposed to it and uploaded their own memes and reactions to it.

Origin

On July 8th, 2022, Howie Mandel posted a TikTok that showed a man in red shorts bent over with a prolapsed anus exposed. Meanwhile, Mandel was green-screened into the top-right corner, telling the camera that it was his friend Neil and asking if what happened to him was "COVID-related." The video earned an unknown amount of likes because it was deleted soon after being posted. A censored reupload of the TikTok was posted to YouTube^[1] on July 9th, 2022, by the channel Maira (shown below).

Because Mandel is a notable celebrity TikToker and avid user of the app, many people and fans of his were exposed to the video on their "For You" pages. In mid-July 2022 after it was initially shared, TikTokers began posting humorous reactions to the clip that used Mandel's audio before his video was deleted.

For instance, on July 8th, 2022, TikToker^[2] cooberts posted a video that used Mandel's sound and had a text overlay reading, "POV: At 5:46 on July 8th, 2022 you log onto tik tok to see a new tik tok by beloved celebrity personality Howie Mandel." His video received roughly 249,600 plays and 17,900 likes in less than a day (shown below, left). On July 9th, 2022, TikToker^[3] mrwolfsgirlfriend posted a video that showed herself green-screened in front of a screenshot of Mandel's video, showing that it had received roughly 125,900 likes at that time. In less than a day, her TikTok received roughly 49,100 plays and 1,700 likes (shown below, right).
