Back in 1997, Disney had released a Christmas Sequel to the popular film 'Beauty and the Beast' titled 'Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas'. It was a quirky film about the characters learning to celebrate Christmas {and apparently teach the Beast to be nice.} and so on. The villain of the film, Forté (Voiced by Tim Curry) recites this line when asked to come and see what's going on. The full line is:

"Well, I think I might! I'll just pick myself up and ━ Oh! {Whilst trying to move only to rattle the short chain and slam back against the wall} What's this?! Good heavens, look! I'M BOLTED TO THE WALL!!!"

This line inspired bibleanddisneyfan to create a small series on Youtube entitled with the same name as the meme. In which, each video contains several characters from Disney demanding Forté to do something {Ex: Get out of the way!, "Get your sword!", "Sound the alarm!", etc.} only for him to defy them as he barks out about being literally bolted to the wall, usually getting a response from them. Usually it ends with the Archdeacon from 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame' asking him to: "Care for the child and raise it as your own." and earn a reply of "I THINK NOT!" from Forté in return.

Back in 2017, it gained a rather small ounce of popularity as people began to turn the famous scene into a meme, with Forté's famous words becoming meme'd. Namely with the final word; "WALL!!!" being edited to become louder than the original scene deemed necessary.
