I'm Processing The Most Triggering Breakup I've Had In Nine Years is a viral video posted by Tammy Chow on her TikTok page @somaticspirit in late May 2023. On May 26th, 2023, TikToker[1] and self-professed Trauma Healing coach Tammy Chow posted a video showing how she has been processing her recent breakup. The video begins with Chow showing herself shaking and screaming in her bed and embarking on a preplanned trip with her parents. The clip gathered over 3.6 million plays and over 150,000 likes in two weeks (seen below).
