I'm Processing The Most Triggering Breakup I've Had In Nine Years is a viral video posted by Tammy Chow on her TikTok page @somaticspirit in late May 2023. The video depicts Chow sitting in her bed and shaking her hands and legs violently while screaming with her eyes closed. Tammy's voiceover on the clip attributed her behavior to her "processing the most triggering breakup" she's had "in nine years." Origin
On May 26th, 2023, TikToker[1] and self-professed Trauma Healing coach Tammy Chow posted a video showing how she has been processing her recent breakup. The video begins with Chow showing herself shaking and screaming in her bed and embarking on a preplanned trip with her parents. The clip gathered over 3.6 million plays and over 150,000 likes in two weeks (seen below).
