The picture quickly went viral due to the fact that people started to question why he has four ovens in his kitchen, where it has since been mocked, used in a viral debate and has sparked up more pictures of him in his kitchen.

Conservative MP James Brokenshire posted a picture on to his Twitter account of him showcasing a cake in his kitchen. In the picture, he is standing in front of four ovens in his kitchen.

After the picture was posted, it received over 750 likes and over 680 retweets within five hours which triggered more tweets to be posted by other Twitter users.

Reaction

Shortly after he posted the picture and the reaction it received, news outlets such as the Independent, the BBC and the Daily Mirror reported on it and received a lot of photoshopped pictures (see examples below) and a lot of people creating humorous conspiracy theories to why he has four ovens.

Twitter Moments published a moment shortly after which included tweets reacting to the picture from Twitter users
