Kermit on the Minecraft Cross is a Pinterest pin posted by Lauren Has a Trench Coat (CosmicLauren) to an original text board owned by 🔮 mar (screamingaliens). It depicts an iMessage conversation between two friends where one asks for a picture taken by their friend, Lucas, of him holding up a foam iron sword from Minecraft with a Kermit the Frog puppet nailed to it. The friend sends the photo and the conversation ends.

The conversation is between the two board owners, Mar and Lauren. The picture was taken by their friend, Lucas, who is not a contributor on the Pinterest board. The post originally took off in August of 2018 and continued rising in popularity into late 2018, gaining around 10k to 20k saves per month. It slowed down in early 2019 but began to regain slight popularity in the Pinterest community around mid-2019. Many edits were made of the picture in the comments, mostly depicting the shown photo in a holy or royal light. (Note: photos and comments were unintentionally disabled for an unknown reason, though possibly Lauren's switch from a business to a private account or a strange Pinterest update, and are now unviewable.) The post was also submitted to the r/pewdiepiesubmissions subreddit but went relatively unnoticed. The post is also a popular profile picture on Discord and YouTube.

Other largely unknown photos of Lucas with the Kermit on the Minecraft Sword are shown below.
