Blimy, more popularly referred to as Las Papitas, is a character created and voiced by Spanish-speaking TikTok user @rodrigod5. He is illustrated as an anthropomorphic white chicken with a long and thin neck.

Blimy first appeared on the TikTok page of @rodrigod5, on July 14, 2020, reacting disgutedly to a video of a man acting as the Pokémon Jigglypuff having a bottle of soda explode in his face, shown below. It had 261 likes in 19 days.

More reaction videos featuring the character were posted by the same account the same day and are still being posted as of August 2, 2020. The character was first voiced by the owner of the @rodrigo5 account covered by an audio filter one day after his first appearance.

The character started gaining fame on the account's first voiced reaction video posted on July 18, 2020, where Blimy watched a person spray cream over various chocolates and a stack of potato chips. In the video, the chicken cried out, “No! Las papitas!,” translating in English to “No! The chips!” This is how he got the nickname Las Papitas. The video, shown below, earned over 147,300 likes and 6,930 comments in 15 days.
