Maintenance meme is a popular phrasal template featuring a conversation between two people, one kneeling with their hand on their knee and the other holding their hands on their sides, with the kneeling person saying "A few minutes until maintenance is over" and the other person asking "So what happens when maintenance is over?", with the kneeling person replying "You don't know?" and the other person having a puzzled expression on their face. The kneeling person then looks them in the eye and states "That's when maintenance begins."

While the origin is unknown, the oldest recorded instance of this meme being used was from a now-deleted tweet by user keshi_tk on Twitter in November 11th, 2013.
Spread
This meme has been seen in various communities of Japanese mobile gacha games, with Fate/Grand Order being the most prominent in creating derivatives (however, the meme did not originate in reference to this game).
